Return Policy

Due to COVID-19, at this time we cannot accept any returns.

At Fashion Styles Unlimited customer satisfaction is our #1 Priority! We want you to be very enthusiastic about your purchases from us!

Our return policy is 3 days from delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, but please feel free to reach out to us with your concerns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Swimsuits and custom shirts are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are considered intimate goods or customized.

Items purchased on a site wide sale, is also exempt from being returned. i.e. BOGO sale, $10 sale, $15 sale, clearance sale. Sales of these nature are FINAL sale.

To complete your return, we require an email sent to requesting a RMA. Please list your name, order number, and total amount of your order in the email; as well as the item and reason for the return, including a picture, if damaged, as well.

If your item arrived damaged and the packaging was not intact, please first reach out to the carrier and then follow up with FNSU so that we may assist you with your issue. But the damage claim will be handled by the carrier.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Return & Refunds of Defective products (if applicable)

For the return of defective products, please email us at and provide photos/videos showing the defective product.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours of completion.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned/refunded.

If you used a discount with your order, your refund will be adjusted accordingly to comply with the discount given. With the exception of discounts that are automatic, those items are not returnable, they will be marked FINAL sale.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, the return is subject to normal return policies.

If you used a gift card with your purchase, the return will be refunded as a gift card.

Gift cards are NOT refundable.

To return your product, please contact us, and we will send you return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any item returned as COD will be rejected.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
