Due to COVID-19 we cannot accept any returns.
If your item has a defect please email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you.
Swimsuits, custom shirts, bodysuits, masks, and white clothing cannot be returned. These items are FINAL sale.
Items purchased on a site wide sale or using a discount code, is exempt from being returned. i.e. BOGO sale, $10 sale, $15 sale, clearance sale. Sales of these nature are FINAL sale. No exceptions.
To complete your return, we require an email sent to email@example.com requesting a RMA. Please list your name, order number, the item and the reason for the return.
All returns that are accepted will be exchanged as store credit via an e-gift card code, to be used only online at our website: www.fashionstylesunlimited.com.
Return of Defective products (if applicable)
For the return of defective products, please email us at info@FashionStylesUnlimited.com and provide photos/videos showing the defective product. The claim of defective products must be initiated with 3 days of receipt/delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed and issued automatically via an e-gift card code.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned/refunded.
If you used a discount code with your order, shop a site-wide sale, your order will be exempt from exchange. These will be marked FINAL sale.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, the return is subject to normal return policies.
If your purchase was made with a store credit, it is NOT returnable.
Gift cards are NOT refundable.
To return your product, please contact us, and we will give you all the details.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your credit. Any item returned as COD will be rejected.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
